Ruth Ann Lagoy appeals from her conviction on a charge of first-degree battery. Appellant was sentenced to ninety-six months' imprisonment, followed by sixty months' suspended imposition of sentence. Pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), and Arkansas Supreme Court Rule 4-3(k) (2010), counsel for appellant has filed a motion to withdraw, in which he argues that there would be no merit...
