This is a no-merit appeal from the revocation of a suspended imposition of sentence. Appellant, Nathaniel Fitzgerald, entered a negotiated plea of guilty on March 4, 2009, to the offense of breaking or entering, a Class D felony. He was given a seventy-two-month suspended imposition of sentence and assessed fines and costs of $770. One of the conditions of his suspended sentence was that he not violate any federal, state, or municipal laws...
