Appellant Roger Dale Rudd appeals a Jackson County Circuit Court order revoking his probation and sentencing him to twenty years' imprisonment in the Arkansas Department of Correction. For reversal, Rudd argues that the circuit court erred in denying his motion to recuse on the basis that the circuit court displayed a bias against appellant because of the court's relationship with appellant's fiancee.
