PER CURIAM.
On March 16, 2010, petitioner Willie Wells III filed a pro se petition for writ of mandamus in this court. He contended in the petition that the Honorable Randy Philhours, Circuit Judge, had failed to act in a timely manner on a motion to suppress filed on August 31, 2009, and a motion for speedy trial filed January 7, 2010, in the Circuit Court of Crittenden County.
On March 26, 2010, Judge Philhours entered an order disposing of the two motions...
