Appellant Don Gray appeals the October 6, 2008 judgment entered against him in Franklin County as a result of a jury's verdict in favor of appellees Bob Moreland and Moreland Aviation Enterprises, Inc. (Moreland). Gray had sued Moreland for breach of contract, alleging that he failed to pay Gray for painting and refinishing Moreland's airplane. Moreland counterclaimed for damages, alleging breach of contract and breach of the implied warranty...
