Richard and Debra Ondrisek appeal from an order adjudicating their son I. dependent-neglected. In the same proceeding, the court also adjudicated the sons of Greg Seago, Brian Broderick, and Alphonso Reid dependent-neglected. All of these parents have appealed, arguing that the circuit court erroneously granted a directed verdict to the Arkansas Department of Human Services, the party with the burden of proof on the fighting issue.
