This is a fact intensive adverse-possession action between appellants, Troy and Shirley Steele, and appellees, David and Mary Blankenship, who own adjacent properties. Appellees filed an action to quiet title to .95 acres lying between their eastern boundary and appellants' western boundary, claiming that the land belonged to them under the theory of adverse possession.
