Appellant Alvin Travis McCullough appeals from his judgment of conviction for rape, kidnapping, and residential burglary and his sentence to life imprisonment without parole. McCullough asserts one point on appeal: whether the circuit judge erred by allowing the admission of evidence of McCullough's prior bad acts under Arkansas Rules of Evidence 404(b) and 403.
