This court granted a petition for review filed by appellant Robert Meyer, d/b/a Meyer Excavators Contractors. The petition requested this court to review a decision by the court of appeals affirming the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of CDI Contractors, L.L.C. (CDI) on Meyer's fraudulent-inducement claim. We order rebriefing, however, because Meyer did not comply with Ark. Sup.Ct. R. 4-2(a)(5) (2008). Meyer failed to abstract depositions...
