Charles Gregory Lambert appeals from a judgment of the Limestone Circuit Court dismissing his complaint to enforce the Alabama Open Meetings Act, § 36-25A-1 et seq., Ala.Code 1975 ("the Act"). The complaint named as defendants David McPherson, Russell Johnson, Larry Keenum, Beverly Malone, and James Lucas — five of the seven members of the Athens City Board of Education ("the Board"). We affirm.
