("Raymond James"), and Bernard Michaud, a securities broker at Raymond James (hereinafter referred to collectively as "RJFS"), appeal the judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court vacating an arbitration award entered in their favor and against Kathryn L. Honea, a former client. We reverse and remand.
