On June 3, 2019, the Area Hearing Committee (AHC) issued a report to the Alaska Bar Association Disciplinary Board with Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Recommendations in the disciplinary matter of attorney Erin R. Gonzalez-Powell; the Area Hearing Committee recommended disbarring Gonzalez-Powell.
