Pete Leventakos (Claimant) petitions for review of an order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming the decision of the Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) dismissing his Petition for Review of Utilization Review Determination (UR Petition) for lack of jurisdiction.
