Petitioner brings this proceeding for habeas corpus relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2255, seeking to vacate the sentence that I imposed for a Hobbs Act robbery. See United States v. Pabon, No. 08 Cr. 743 (E.D.N.Y. Mar. 25, 2011), app. dismissed, No. 11-1253 (2d Cir. Jan. 19, 2012).
