Invoking this court's diversity jurisdiction, plaintiff Roger Levans brings this action against defendants Delta Airlines, Inc. ("Delta") and Roraima Airways, Inc. ("Roraima") for negligence. Roraima moves to dismiss Levans's amended complaint under Rule 12(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for lack of personal jurisdiction over it and on the grounds that venue is improper, the forum is inconvenient...
