This is an employment discrimination case. Plaintiff Troy Schummer was terminated by Defendant Black Bear Distribution, LLC ("Black Bear"). Schummer brings claims against Black Bear and Defendant Jim Gross under the Family and Medical Leave Act ("FMLA") and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination ("NJLAD").
