The United States ("plaintiff or "the government") filed this action to denaturalize defendant Younes Mubarak Alrasheedi (a.k.a., Younis Mubarak Saleh) ("defendant" or "Alrasheedi") pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1451(a).
