Presently before the Court is Plaintiff Jason Curry's ("Plaintiff") Motion to Remand. (Doc. # 11). Defendant Pleasurecraft Marine Engine Company ("Defendant") opposes. (Doc. # 15). For the reasons set forth below, Plaintiffs Motion is GRANTED.
