In this civil forfeiture action, Claimants petition this Court for the return of $25,000.00 of their seized property (the Defendants, in rem) each month until trial. Alternatively, they seek an evidentiary hearing on the merits of the Government's case. Claimants' Pet. Return Seized Property, Dkt. 57. The Government opposes both requests.
