Plaintiff, Rusty James Smith, filed a Complaint in this Court on November 2, 2011, seeking review of the Commissioner's decision to deny his claim for Social Security benefits under Title II and Title XVI of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 401 et seq. and 1381 et seq.
