Plaintiff Patricia Whelchel ("Whelchel") commenced this action against her former employer Regus Management Group, LLC ("Regus") at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination ("the MCAD") in 2008. Whelchel alleges that Regus discriminated against her based on her age in violation of Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 151B. Defendant attempted to "remove" the case to this Court in July, 2012.
