Plaintiff, Robin Diane Hulen, filed a Complaint in this Court on December 5, 2011, seeking review of the Commissioner's decision to deny her claim for Social Security benefits under Title II and Title XVI of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 401 et seq. and 1381 et seq.
