Qui tam plaintiff/relator Michael Wenzel brought this action on behalf of the United States and 23 state governments pursuant to the federal False Claims Act and several state law equivalents. The United States and all 23 state governments determined not to intervene, at which point the relator moved voluntarily to dismiss the Complaint and to maintain the seal over all pleadings filed in this action...
