This action stems from damages the Plaintiff's insured, Kraft Foods International, Inc., incurred after Panamanian port inspectors quarantined and blocked the entry of multiple containers of food products because of mold contamination. Thereafter, all Kraft food products in the containers were destroyed. As the cargo insurer for Kraft Foods International, Inc., Plaintiff seeks to hold Defendant liable for its provision...
