The dispute between the parties in this case involves an alleged breach of a reinsurance contract Before the Court is Defendant's motion to dismiss Plaintiffs complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2) or, in the alternative, under the doctrine of forum non conveniens.
