Before the Court is the motion for summary judgment of Defendants XTO Energy, Inc. ("XTO") and T.S. Dudley Land Company, Inc ("T.S. Dudley") (collectively "Defendants") (Doc. 31). Plaintiff Bob B. Ballard ("Plaintiff") makes claims against Defendants based on breach of contract, promissory estoppel, and fraud. For the written reasons given below, we GRANT Defendants' motion and ORDER that Plaintiff's claims be DISMISSED...
