Defendant Gary Allen Johnson pled guilty to one count of possession of materials involved in the sexual exploitation of minors in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2252(a)(4)(B) and 2252(b)(2). For the reasons stated on the record at the sentencing hearing, the court varied upward from the Guideline range and sentenced him to seventy months in prison.
