Before the court are motions for summary judgment by the plaintiff and each of the defendants named herein, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56. For the following reasons, plaintiffs motion for summary judgment is denied, defendants' motions are granted and this action is dismissed in its entirety.
