Petitioner Goodie Imani Samuels ("Samuels") brought this action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 seeking to vacate, set aside or correct his sentence. Samuels pled guilty pursuant to a plea agreement to one count of possession with intent to distribute and distribution of crack cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. The sentencing range under the advisory Guidelines was 188 to 235 months' imprisonment...
