Defendant Danny Guzman-Correa ("Defendant" or "Guzman") filed a motion for hearing pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 851(c)(1) (Docket No. 3372) arguing that the information filed by the government requesting an enhancement should not be applied in the instant case.
