Plaintiff Luisa Santos ("Santos") brought this action for review of the final determination by the Commissioner of Social Security (the "Commissioner") that Santos was no longer eligible for Supplementary Security Income ("SSI") benefits under the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g), 1383(c)(3).
