Plaintiff Earl Hayes ("Plaintiff"), proceeding pro se, brings this suit against five officers of the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department, as well as the City of Poughkeepsie and the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department, (collectively, "Defendants"). While the Complaint does not state a specific cause of action, the Court construes it as alleging a violation of Plaintiff's Fourth Amendment rights...
