This matter is before the Court on Defendant Wachovia Bank National Association's ("Wachovia") and Defendant Specialized Loan Servicing, LLC's ("SLS") (collectively "Defendants") separately filed motions to dismiss pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6).1 (Docket Nos. 5, 7, 9 & 10.)
