The defendant-appellant, Ewelina Mrozik Kulowiec ("Ewelina"), appeals from a Superior Court judgment of conviction for Assault in the Third Degree. Ewelina was charged with Aggravated Menacing, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, Terroristic Threatening, and Assault in the Third Degree. Ewelina elected to have a non jury trial, after which she was acquitted of Aggravated Menacing, the firearm offense, and Terroristic Threatening...
