Plaintiff Kenneth Seaton is the sole proprietor of Grand Resort Hotel and Convention Center ("Grand Resort") located in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Defendant TripAdvisor LLC ranked Grand Resort number one on its "2011 Dirtiest Hotels" list.
