Debtor Theresa Marshall appeals the September 4, 2018 order of the bankruptcy court1 granting Chapter 13 Trustee Mark T. McCarty's ("Trustee") motion to dismiss Debtor's bankruptcy case. We have jurisdiction over this appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(b). We affirm.
