IN RE DISBARMENT OF McWHINNEY.

It having been reported to this Court that Robert R. McWhinney of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, has been disbarred from the practice of law in all of the courts of Pennsylvania, and this Court by order of November 19, 1973 [414 U.S. 1036], having suspended the said Robert R. McWhinney from practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred;
