IN RE DISBARMENT OF MORTON.

It having been reported to this Court that William M. Morton, Jr., of St. Joseph, Missouri, has been disbarred from the practice of law in all of the courts of the State of Missouri, and this Court by order of May 15, 1972 [406 U.S. 914], having suspended the said William M. Morton, Jr., from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred;

And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued...
