The Office of Attorney Ethics having filed a certification under Rule 1:20-13(b)(1) for the automatic temporary suspension of Kenneth Chesebro of Santurce, Puerto Rico, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 2006, and who pled guilty in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, to conspiracy to commit filing false documents, in violation of O.C.G.A. § 16-4-8 and 16-10-20.1(b)(1);
