Fishman, formerly of Franklin Lakes, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1976, and who has been suspended from the practice of law since June 30, 2023, having tendered consent to disbarment as an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey pursuant to Rule 1:20-10(a), and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that Martin S. Fishman is disbarred by consent, effective immediately...
