It is ORDERED that the motions of T.L. (M-1044) and R.H. (M-1045) for reconsideration of this Court's opinion "to clarify the burden of proof on registrants at Megan's Law termination proceedings" are denied without prejudice to that argument being raised in a future proceeding. In denying the motions, the Court notes that a motion for reconsideration is ill suited to adjudicate an issue in the first instance, and here, the parties did not raise the burden...
