Oury, formerly of Fairview, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1975, and who has been suspended from the practice of law since November 19, 2009, should be disbarred for violating RPC 5.5(a)(1) (practicing law while suspended), RPC 8.4(b) (committing a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer's honesty...
