ORDER
A petition for certification of the judgment in A-004975-18 having been submitted to this Court, and the Court having considered the same;
It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted, limited to defendant's challenge that the trial court improperly instructed the jury that conspiracy is a predicate crime of N.J.S.A. 2C:33-30 (promotion of organized street crime).
