The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 21-222, recommending that as a matter of final discipline pursuant to Rule 1:20-13 (c) (2) Milan K. Patel, formerly of Miami, Florida, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 2004, and who resigned without prejudice therefrom pursuant to Rule 1:20-22 on November 29, 2018, be disbarred;
