Per Curiam.
In this case the order of the District Court dismissing the writ of habeas corpus was entered on February 1, 1926; an appeal was allowed on February 9, 1926, to the Circuit Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, which court, on December 14, 1926, entered a judgment affirming that of the District Court. A writ of certiorari was granted by this Court on March 7, 1927.
