The questions certified in this case require in their answer a consideration of eight sections in the Revenue Acts of 1918 and 1921, 1924, and of 1926, and are not properly confined to any distinct question or proposition of law and need not be answered. The lower court is not authorized to make, or require this Court to accept, a transfer of the case. The certificate of the two questions is dismissed on the authority of News Syndicate Co. v.
