The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 19-392, concluding that the charges of unethical conduct asserted against Rosemarie Tubito of North Bergen, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 2004, in District Docket No. XIV-2015-0267E should be dismissed for lack of clear and convincing evidence of unethical conduct, and good cause appearing;
