Defendant appeals his conviction for one count each of unlawful manufacture, delivery, and possession of the controlled substance methamphetamine, former ORS 475.992 (1995), renumbered as ORS 475.840 (2005). He assigns error to the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence found in his residence, arguing that the warrantless entry that preceded the search was not justified by exigent circumstances.
