On March 14, 2008, plaintiff Carmen Cuadros Zegarra ("Cuadros") filed a complaint against defendants D'Nieto Uniforms, Inc., PR ("D'Nieto") and Uniformes Empresariales SA de CV, Mexico ("Uniformes") (Docket No. 1). In her complaint, Cuadros alleges discrimination on the basis of national origin in violation of Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act and attaches various claims pursuant to state laws...
