¶ 1. On March 26, 2008, the chancellor granted Walter and Dolores Elliot a divorce on the ground of Walter's uncondoned adultery pursuant to Mississippi Code Annotated section 93-5-1 (Supp. 2008). On appeal, Walter contends that the chancellor erred when she awarded Dolores $500 per month in permanent alimony. We find no error and affirm.
